| Purchased from micro center and set up this morning. Sound quality is good. Easy setup. It's now loaded on three laptops. Only down side it the computer has to be on but, the voice mail is part of the package. Must be directly connected to computer not a hub. |

Giving the unit 4 stars does not mean that it's not excellent--it is! Just my sloppy service gets me crazy. I would encourage others 5/5 to get hold of a unit now. I can't wait to get the cellphone option activated which would save me having to stay glued to the system (without a cordless).
All thumbs up--keep on improving on the other alternatives that can be available soon. Thanks!! |

| After hearing all the raves about Magic Jack, I feel extremely disappointed in the quality of the sound and connection. The voice goes in and out, the connection is lost more times than not. No one wants to call me on this phone! Don't waste your money on this product unless you only want to use it for emergency purposes. Even then, you may not get through. |
